A completely unique wedding venue

We had the most perfect wedding reception at Elmbridge Farm (a long time coming, as we booked them back in 2018 before Covid meant we had to postpone for a year!).
On top of the usual wedding stress, Amy & Dan had to navigate a particularly challenging Covid year full of miserable, anxious and stressed couples (us being one of them), difficult for every business but especially a brand new one! We appreciate how calm they kept, how professional they were through the adversity, and for keeping positive when all our wedding plans looked like they were slipping away. Elmbridge Farm is just the most beautiful, relaxed venue. The scenery, woodland and lake all add to the serenity, and the blank canvas of the tipi makes your creativity run wild! Amy & Dan were much more relaxed about our supplier choice than other venues – we were not made to choose a certain supplier (although they did give us recommendations) and we never felt like we were being forced into a decision. Because of this, we felt we could create a completely unique wedding that felt so personal to us. What really stood Elmbridge out from other tipi venues was actually the pathways, permanent wooden flooring, toilets & nearby accommodation – the tipi doesn’t just look plonked in a field, the settings and tipi fit together perfectly and has been well thought out in terms of heel choice and making our guests feel comfortable in navigating the venue! Instead of having to hire portaloos in like every other outside venue we looked at, Elmbridge has its very own renovated, permanent bathrooms, with beautiful cottages perfect for a bridal party a 3 minute walk away. We felt we and our guests had the best of both worlds: an outdoors wedding, but with indoor comforts! I’d recommend Elmbridge Farm to couples who are after something different, are willing to put in the creative work, and want to give their guests an experience, not just a standard wedding! Incredible!

We had our wedding day here on the 6th August 2022 and it was the perfect day from start to finish. And I literally mean from the engagement to the end of the wedding day! Me and my wife, Leanne, were hoping for an outdoor venue and an area where we could do a festival/rustic themed wedding that captured our personalities. After a month or so of looking, Leanne stumbled across Elmbridge Farm and we got in to contact with Amy. Straight away, we knew this was going to be the perfect venue with the perfect managers. Amy listened to exactly what we were hoping our wedding day to look like and even gave us some fresh ideas and some suppliers to source for the big day. Amy and Dan’s response time was amazing and you would always come away with your questions answered. They invited us down to the tipi a few times before the wedding day so we could visualise our ideas and even talked us through their next steps of development at the venue.

The wedding day was everything we had hoped for and more. Not only do you get the stunning venue, with the fishing lakes and three hat tipi, but it comes acquired with its our sound system, flooring, seating, tables, bar and more! More recently, they now have toilets and showers for your guests to use and you can have guests stay on site to really make the most of your wedding weekend. The day is truly unique to you as a couple as you can decorate the tipi how you want, use the suppliers that you would like and have a DJ or band for the evening- we opted for a band which really made for an amazing evening.

So if you are looking for a truly unique, magical and scenic venue then Elmbridge Farm is for you! On top of that, you have two fantastic managers who will try their absolute best to cater to your every need and question. Our guests also fell in love with the venue and still talk about it to this day. A huge thank you to Amy and Dan for everything they have done for us on the lead up to our wedding day and beyond- you are both amazing and should be proud of what you have built- you gave us everything we wanted and more! One of a kind!

We took a huge risk on this venue when we first came to view it 3 years ago as it was just plans and visions of what it could become. We knew we wanted a tipi wedding but couldn’t find the right location to have one, until we met Dan and Amy at Elmbridge. They stood before us with an incredibly scenic farm which has multiple lakes and beautiful woodlands and sold us a dream which finally came true on 26th August 2021.
They have created something truly special at Elmbridge, providing a package like no other! You get the breath taking views of the fishery, beautiful giant tipi hats with real wooden flooring and actual pathways leading around the venue. The trees and walkways are lit up with fairy lights which is absolutely magical at night. The toilet block is pure luxury, especially compared to other tipi venues which often provide a portaloo or two. They also have several stunning cottages on site which were such a pleasure to stay in the night before and night of our wedding. It really helped us soak up the whole experience and feel at home with the venue. On top of all these wonderful qualities Elmbridge has to offer, we were given the opportunity to get creative, decorate the venue ourselves and choose our own suppliers. This was one of our favourite aspects of the wedding as we had full control over our plans with complete support from Dan and Amy. It also meant that our wedding was so personal to us and that no two weddings would be the same. So if you are looking for a unique, scenic and relaxed wedding then Elmbridge Farm is the place for you! Our guests were completely mind blown by the venue in all its entirety. A wedding they won’t be forgetting any time soon. Thanks Dan and Amy for everything you have done for us over the past 3 years – pandemic and all!!!

Absolutely Stunning & Spectacular- A must have Venue

We had our wedding here on the 14th August 2021 and the word spectacular is completely underselling it! It is a must have! The views alone are enough to make you fall in love with it, however the ceremony overlooking the lakes just makes it perfect! The ceremony was beautiful and watching my bride walking down the aisle especially with the views was just made of dreams!! The tipi itself is something else, you will not be disappointed especially with the terrace area where our canapés were served! Both Amy & Dan went to every effort to make this day everything me and bride hoped for and more(Even going out to get a special ingredient that a guest had asked for to make an unusual shot) Honestly they are the nicest people and just made our wedding day do perfect, nothing was too much trouble for them , you certainly need them! All the guests were just in awe at how amazing and beautiful everything was! Everyone says to you your wedding is the best day of your life and it certainly is and this is down to having it at Elmbridge! Our wedding day was something out of a dreams and I cannot thank Elmbridge enough for everything! If anyone is thinking of getting married I would look no further then here so thank you Elmbridge (Amy & Dan)

Couldn’t recommend enough

Could not recommend Elmbridge Farm enough, Amy and Dan were great right from when we first booked in 2018, to having to postpone due to Covid and finally having our day on 17th July 2021! They were so accommodating, professional and great communicators the whole way through. What a gorgeous venue, if you’re considering booking my only advice is do it!

Absolutely perfect venue!

We got married at Elmbridge farm in July 2021 and had the most perfect day. Amy and Dan were so incredibly helpful and their flexibility let us create the bespoke day we wanted. They really helped the build up to the day be as relaxed as possible despite the ever changing covid restrictions!
The venue itself is absolutely stunning! Complete with a lakeside ceremony area, trees full of fairy lights and even a brick built toilet block! Although Elmbridge Farm is a relatively new venue you would never guess as the entire day went so smoothly from start to finish. We cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for a relaxed yet beautiful setting for a wedding! Thanks so much Amy and Dan!
